Our Product Range Unlike the sheet plants, we make the board as well as the box. This enables us to be very flexible on the quantity that the customer may need to commit to, as we do not work to the industry minimum economical runs. The board making capability also gives us a broad scope on the type of products we can produce as we have a ‘short chop’ capability. This effectively means that we can produce layer pads, sheet board, and also very small standard 0201 cases without needing to purchase a tool to produce them. Die Cuts and Shelf Ready Packaging A comprehensive range of hinged lid boxes, trays, hoods and tear off outers bespoke to your requirements, we are also able to suggest the best styles of retail ready packaging depending on your product. Printed Packaging Our in house design and graphics capability is fully supported by a state of the art TCy printer (with the ability to print up to four colour), whether you are printing cardboard for brand awareness, identification or safety/handle with care logos, our sales and design team are on hand to provide the most cost effective solutions. Standard Cases 0201's and other Cases are made to your required sizes. Fittings and Layer Pads Divisions and Fittings (i.e. wine cartons and divisions) custom made to your requirements.
