Our Services Stock & Serve This service is geared to regular customers who prefer to place orders on a just in time delivery basis and whilst production lead times are normally 5-7 working days, some of our customer require a 48 hour call off. Further to this we can manage your stock for you, when stocks fall below an agreed level we will contact you to advise that stock needs replenishing. We can even arrange it so that we contact you each week for your required call off. If you would like us to do your warehousing, please contact us, we can offer specific solutions. Packaging Technologist Our free consultancy service can offer you professional advice and cost effective solutions. We can design the packaging around your specific product in the most cost effective manner. In addition, our technologist is on hand to provide a comprehensive review of all your current packaging issues. Free Samples Before any order is placed, we will issue free samples to give you peace of mind that you know exactly what you are getting. Samples can normally be sent out within 24 hours of request. Account Representatives Our Account Representatives are strategically placed to give coverage across the South West. They are committed to providing good customer service and can be available at short notice to deal with any enquiry you may have. Our service is backed up by a production facility that means we can see your enquiry through design, manufacture of board, production and delivery.
